Show updates

If you join the update list, we store your email address, signup date, and an unsubscribe token hash in the site’s SysCore database. We use the list for show updates, not advertising resale. Email delivery is not yet enabled. Save the unsubscribe link shown after joining, or contact the site to request removal.

Admin accounts

SysCore handles administrator accounts and authentication. Essential, HTTP-only session cookies keep administrators signed in. Public visitors do not need an account to read or watch content.

Images and video

Uploaded images are held in SysCore file storage. Embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player; playing them connects to YouTube. External social, merchandise, and contribution links have their own privacy policies.

Operational records

The site and hosting infrastructure may retain security and access logs. Temporary hashed request identifiers limit spam and sign-in abuse. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
